About this plan
A darker, tighter Craftsman than the larger two-story plan: the living happens on the main floor, and the bedrooms are stacked upstairs.
Main level
Kitchen, living, and a pantry-laundry room share the first floor, with an office opening onto a rear deck. A covered front porch and a powder room sit at the entry.
Upper level
Three bedrooms and a full bath share the second floor, with attic storage beside the stair.
Outdoor living
A covered rear deck extends off the back of the house, and a small side landing serves a secondary door.
