About this plan
A modern farmhouse with a metal roof, board-and-batten siding, and a covered front porch—plus room to spread out upstairs.
Main level
The primary suite sits beside the garage, with a tile shower and walk-in closet. An open kitchen, dining room, and living room share the center of the house and open to a wide rear deck. Two more bedrooms and two baths fill the opposite wing, with an office near the front door and a mudroom between the garage and the kitchen.
Upper level
A long bonus room—about 644 sq ft—shares a full bath, with attic storage along both sides.
Garage
A deep two-car garage attaches at the side, with laundry and a closet just inside the house.
